I have just finished 'My Viking Vampire' & all I can say is.... NOW THAT WAS INTENSE! This is my second books of Krystal's & it was as amazingly written as her other novel 'To Save a Mate'. This is book 1 in Krystal's "Sanctuary, Texas" series & should be read in order as this book gives you a background on most of the main characters situated in Sanctuary.

Set in the not so far future, 2096, paranormal creatures are a norm & you're taught about para's in school instead of history. 20 year old Bailey Ross is on the run again from her crazy sadisctic ex, having spotted his car she races home to find her apartment flooded with raw sewage. Grabbing what little isn't ruined & reaking, she's starts heading toward a bus depot, only she is being hunted/chased by something alot worse than her ex... In steps Eric Thornson, tall, buff & a Vampire. He feels instantly protective of Bailey & offers her a place to stay safe & relax for a while, but can Bailey trust him???

This is a MUST read, this book entranced me with it's emotionally gripping, fast paced, steamy scenes & flowing plot. This book is filled with paranormals & had me addicted, Krystal's work is so easy to read & majorly enjoyable, I plan to read all books she has written.... but especially can't wait for book 2 of this series.
