I was given an ARC of 'Fated' from the V. Vaughn, in exchange for an honest review.

I've been waiting for this story since the epiogue of 'Chosen' (book 4 in this series). As soon as it landed in my Kindle app, which was just hours ago, I had to jump right into it. One chapter in & I was once again HOOKED! I really hope there is more to come for this series, I don't want it to end. I STRONGLY recommend you read "Winter Valley Wolves" in order, it is a must.

It's been a year since Caroline (Trixie's mum) was at the mating BBQ, where she let her hair down & had fun flirting with Alpha Paul, but she hasn't heard from him since. So it becomes odd seeing him almost everywhere she goes, then her sister comes to town with the plan to catch them both a man..... Alpha Paul has finally decided it's time to find a new mate & only ONE women is in his sights....

I was really extatic when I started reading 'Fated' & found out I was reading about Alpha Paul & Caroline (Trixie's mum), when reading 'Chosen' I really thought they hit it off. I loved how Caroline is so unsure about dating Paul, if the love of a mate being forever or not.... it really made everything about Caroline & Trixie's relationship make more sense.

Fated is book 8 in V. Vaughn's "Winter Valley Wolves" series, which in turn is a part of the "Mating Season" pack series. A set of books from 6 authors, 6 different packs & an individuals story on finding their mate. I'm hoping that wasn't the last novella from V. Vaughn's "Winter Valley Wolves" I've really enjoyed what I've read so far & I can't wait to delve into the other authors work in the "Mating Season" series.
