Exciting start to a new series

I received an ARC of 'The Werewolf Cowboy' from Krystal Shannan, in exchange for an honest review.
I jumped right on board when Krsytal mentioned a new series that she was co-writing, although I hadn't read anything prior of Camryn's books, I couldn't wait to start reading. 'The Werewolf Cowboy' is the first book in Krystal & Camryn's "Moonbound" series, also it's a spin-off/ continuation to Krystal's "VonBrandt Family" series... I might even suggest you at least read Krystal's 'To Win A Mate' prior to starting this series. I think Krystal & Camryn did an outstanding job in co-writing this book & series, all the facts are there, the characters, old & new are so life-like. I loved that this is the start into Elise's investigation, but not exactly focused on her... Whilst the Alpha's make plans, New Orleans enforcer Reyna heads to a bar to have a few quiet drinks, but the human males don't take no from anyone. So when shifter- sherriff Allan VonBrandt arrives, he is less than pleased to find a fellow wolf the cause of the damage, especially when said she-wolf is HOT & making his inner wolf rise....
Just the start of the story was enough to draw me in & then you keep reading, enthralled for the duration of the entire story. Bring on book 2!!
