All I can say is Skyla started her new series off with a BANG!!

WOW!!

It was heart stopping & had the adrenaline pumping in my veins pretty much all throughout the read. Once started I couldn't stop & it was devoured in such a short time, I'm still reeling from it & surprised I can even make sense right at this moment.

Fight Club has nothing on this story, the crazy instense feel in this story is nothing compared to the intense chemistry between Emily & Jai. With the glimpses we get into their past that slowly stitches everything together, not completely or else the pull into the story wouldn't last... Skyla keeps us waiting and wanting to find out what is happening next. I had previously read the original of 'Blood and Rust' (aka 'Broken') so it was wonderful to go back & re-read Jai & Emily's story, especially with the extra content. 'Blood and Rust' is book 1 in Skyla's new series "New York Crime Kings", I can't wait to read the next books in the series.

I was excited to start reading "Shifters in the Spring" not only do a few of my favourite authors have stories inside, but the stories are all new. I drowned myself in the stories from the authors I already follow, then will go back & introduce myself to the others within this boxset, I can barely wait.

I love EVERYTHING about Bearfield, so when I started reading & find out that this is about Matt & Mina, I kind of squealed & did a happy dance.... but then the title of the story had me stop. Mina is due any day now, her baby making it hard for her to work in her bakery, especially when she has bouts of strength that leaves things destroyed. Being sent home to rest until her apponitment with the midwife/medicine women Matt leaves Mina at home to sleep. When Matt's bear leaves him to be with his mate & child, a shock to Matt... arriving home to find Mina not there & unable to use his bear to find her.... OMG this was an AMAZING continuation for Matt & Mina, it kept me on the edge of my seat until the end. I strongly suggest you read the "Bearfield" series prior to reading this.

Kissed by the Cowbear (A Curvy Bear Ranch novel) by Liv Brywood....
I love Liv's series "Curvy Bear Ranch" so to find myself once again about to start a new story there, I couldn't wait to start reading. Set sometime after book 6 'The Cowbear's Mail Order Bride' finds the family at Curvy Bear Ranch opening their home & the B&B to other bear shifter parents & their children. Allowing the parents to have a mini break from their kids, whilst the kids have some much needed time out doors... what all shifter children need. We meet widow Clint & his daughter Hailey & divorcee Jessica & her son Eddie... can you have more than 1 mate?? I loved reading this story, it was sweet & helped the characters blossom once again. I strongly suggest you read the "Curvy Bear Ranch" series prior to reading this.

Something new from Scarlett Grove... YAY, I jumped into this story. Once I started I found myself hooked, I couldn't stop. I loved how this story slowly came to it's conclusion. All Avery has ever wanted to do was own a piece of land & farm it, the old way. Going against her families wishes & following her dream, until an inheritance from her grandmother finally allows her to buy a piece of land. Whilst exploring the surrounding forrest she spots a wolf & something about the encounter makes her feel protective of it & also starts some intense dreams.... especially the one that happened during the full moon, but was it really a dream?? I had to keep reading, I had to find out how it ended.

Maisie Green is finally home from living & learning about pastries in Paris, when visiting her mom at Fate Mountain lodge her mom mentions something about the site... Maisie joins the next day.... WOW that was a ride. 'Ski Bear' is book 5 in Scarlett's series "Rescue Bears" & I can't wait to read the rest.

'Torment' was my first book by Elianne Adams, I have seen her name previously is boxsets & anthologies that I've read, but haven't actually read her work. So I jumped at the chance to advance read this, I'm so glad I did. 'Torment' is book 1 in Elianne's new series "Dark Wolves"... what an introduction.

Trying to find help after her packs alpha's have been killed, Delana races through the forest in search for the new pack, but the wolves that attacked her pack are chasing after her. Delana finds herself running into one of the wolves from the new pack, but will his pack help them??

There's so much information in this short story, getting little bits all throughout the book, allowing you to slowly learn whats going on, I'm pretty sure it's not everything, but it's more than enough to make me want more.

With the way that episode 7 'Mistake' ended I could barely wait to get my hands, I needed to know how everything would end. Cyn had just been given an ultimatum from Nathan, but her decision has been made, upon returning to Fallon's side Cyn learns that Felicity is in labour.... I'm leaving it there, you really need to read this for your self, I'd hate to ruin this episode for you. As for Nathan, well I'm definitely not wanting any HEA for him, especially with what he did.

'Wild Ride' is episode 8 in the "Puca Mates: Ride" series... the final episode for Cyn & Fallon's journey. I would advise you read 'Ride' from the start, only so you could get a real understanding for the series, but you don't nesecarily need to. I can't wait to read more about Cyn, Fallon, Felicity, Niall & the rest of the Puca beyond the Veil & look forward to the next episodes to come.

This series just keeps getting better, after reading the first 2 books in the series I couldn't wait to start reading what happened to the other shifters who called Kate Harkness mom on their 300th moon. 'Bite This!' is book 3 in Tahsa's new series "300 Moons", which is connected to Tarker's Hollow, I highly recommend you read "300 Moons" in order... & if you fall in love with Tasha's books like I have read her "Tarker's Hollow" serials & her "Building a Hero" trilogy.

Have you ever wondered what happened to the shifters who shifted to young?? Well one way or another, they would end up in the home & heart of Kate Harkness at Harkness Farms, then sung a magical song of welcome & protection by Gloria Cortez. The children would then grow up loved & learning the value of family, a continuous process for Kate & Gloria, until the 300th moon arrives. This is the story of Johnny's 300th moon since arriving at Harkness Farms.

Darcy is one of the best in the business, keeping the casino floors free of trouble, only half an hour away from Harkness Farm, Darcy gets the best of both worlds. When the casino's magician Finn, helps out with a guy cheating at one of the tables, then the doors open & a world of trouble occurs for Darcy during her 300th moon. I have to stop there... I don't want to spoil this wicked tale for you.

I was entranced from the first chapter, until the very end of 'Bite This!'... I couldn't stop reading it, I had to find out just what the price of the magic that Gloria used on the shifters when they first arrived. I love how NOT only does Tasha incorporate characters from her "Tarker's Hollow" serial, more so in this book than the previous... but also we see a few of the characters from her "Building a Hero" trilogy.... WICKED!! Now I can't wait to read the other shifters 300th moon stories... I can't wait.

'The Watchers' was my introduction to Lacy's books, what an introduction it was! At first I was a little confused with what was happening, but as the story progressed & you started to get the information coming, events started to make sense. The storyline flowed, the extra POV's helped mesh all the information that was needed. Twins Lacy & Lucy have lived a very protected life, knowing they aren't normal, one twin can dream of a different place, whilst the other feels when things aren't right. Nearing their 19th birthday they are moved to their fathers lake house where things are about to change forever.

I'll leave it there, I wouldn't want to spoil the experience for you. 'The Watchers' is book 1 in Lacy's new series "Twisted Sister", I definitely need to read the next book in this series.

WOW A.C. did an amazing job on this contemporary romance, as a fan of A.C.'s paranormal books I jumped at the chance to read something new from her. 'A Scandalous Dare' is A.C. james' contribution to Carly Phillips "Dare to Love" series on Kindle Worlds. Once I started reading 'A Scandalous Dare' I quickly became HOOKED & soon found myself at the very intense end.

Sawyer has found himself needing an expert lawyer for a very delicate case, if he's ever to be able to play ball again. Travelling a few days prior, he goes out & finds himself instantly attracted to Harper.
When Monday morning roles around & Sawyer arrives in time for his appointment, he gets a shock when he finds out Harper is his lawyer.

There is a whole lot more to this story, but I'm going to leave it there. 'A Scandalous Dare' is filled with steamy scenes, some action, suspense & drama. I enjoyed every second of the book.

What a wickedly good retelling of Sleeping Beauty! At the beginning I was wondering where the bear came into this story, but then the story progressed & the reason behind the bear was just beautifully explained. This short retelling was filled to the brim with information & adventure, keeping me intrigued & not able to stop reading until the end. 'Bearly Sleeping' is novella 5 in Cara's "Fairy Tales with a Shift" series, I hope there are more "Fairy Tales with a Shift" to come.

I started this book, a little unsure just what was happening, but I quickly became intrigued with what was actually going on & couldn't wait to find out the answers. 'Chained' is book 1 of Jacqueline Sweet's new series "Dragon's Heart".

After unfairly being fired from the law firm she works for, Bella needs to find somewhere fast to live, calling up her father is the only choice Bella has. With only hours to get out of her apartment, Bella grabs everything she can & gets the bus to Bearfield & waits for her father to pick her up. With rules about living on Winter's Breath estate, Bella is pretty much recluse until one night she meets the owner Dorian Winterborn.

I'll leave that there, I don't want to spoil anything for you, 'Chained' was filled with intrigue, keeping me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen, why Dorian was the way he was... I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I jumped at the chance to read Anna's new book 'Gambling on her Dragon' as a MASSIVE Anna Lowe fan I couldn't pass it up, then adding Michelle Fox to the mix... I was a goner. 'Gambling on her Dragon' is Anna's book in the multi-author collaboration with Michelle Fox, book 2 in the "Charmed in Vegas" series. I LOVED it, the minute I started reading I became HOOKED!

Trey Dixon (Lana's cousin, from Anna's "The Wolves of Twin Moon Ranch" series) is in Vegas, waking up next to a woman he barely remembers but his wolf enjoys her presence. Kaya needs money & fast & when Trey walks into the casino she is entranced by him....

I'm going to leave it there, there is so much happening, details flying at you from every direction.. there is every possible pararnormal creature you could think of... werebears, werewolves, vampires, gargoyles, dragons. The storyline keeps you reading just to find out what happens next, I really loved that characters we've previously meet in Anna's "The Wolves of Twin Moon Ranch" series get their own stories & make appereances elsewhere. I would love to read more about Kaya & her family.

'Chance' is my first book from Selene Charles, so I wasn't sure just what I was about to read, having read & LOVED previous authors books in the "Mating Fever" collection, I had to give her a shot. I'm so glad I did, I have since added the rest of the series to my TBR & can't wait to read them. 'Chance' is book 1 in Selene's series "Bears of Kodiac", which in turn is a part of the "Mating Fever" collection. A set of books from 8 authors, 8 different packs & an individuals story on finding their mate.

I enjoyed reading about Chance & Rowana's journey to becoming mates, I devoured the book & can't wait to read the rest in this series.

I've only previously read 1 of Ronin Winters' books, but when I stumbled upon 'Mica' I just had to get it, it didn't last long on my kindle app before I'd started reading it. 'Mica' is book 1 in Ronin's series "Dragon Horde", which in turn is a part of the "Mating Fever" collection. A set of books from 8 authors, 8 different packs & an individuals story on finding their mate.

I enjoyed reading about Mica & Sophia's journey to becoming mates, I devoured the book & can't wait to read the rest in this series.

I couldn't wait to start reading this book, thank goodness I had it already waiting in my kindle app for me. 'Darkest Nights' is book 2 in Catherine's new series "The Time After", please read this series in order as the storyline follows directly after were book 1 'Darkest Days' left off.

I was once again brought into the future, Celia & Hawke along with the rest of the team learn new things about the aliens that have taken over top side of Earth. As well as trying to keep the men on the missions alive, Celia & Hawke make personal discoveries.

I'm going to leave it at that, you really need to read this series for yourself to find out how hot, intense & action-packed this book & series is. I couldn't put it down & can't wait to read the next book in the series.

As a fan of Catherine Vale's I couldn't wait to read 'Darkest Days' a new genre & book 1 of her new series "The Time After". I started reading 'Darkest Days' unsure, was I going to love Catherine writing Sci-fi Alien? Was the work going to be as indepth as what I've come to expect from Catherine?? I needn't have worried about anything.

Once I started I was transported into the future, where alien bugs have turned Earth's cities into nests & the surviving population around the world (well I hope there is more people around the world) have gone to living underground. Where going top side for supplies & hopefully killing off some of the aliens inhabiting what is left of the city we first encounter Celia Parsons, SWAT snipper on a mission to destroy a nest.... Things don't turn out so well when their coms devices don't work at a critical time, upon arriving back at base Celia lets the military man in charge Hawke, know what happened...

Oh my, what an intense, dramatic start to the series, I can't wait to read the next books in the series.
